Fix error at shutdown on directory caches

      Description

      Since NXS-2504, cache contributions have been added to directories, this generates warns at shutdown:

17:34:41,620 WARN  [CacheServiceImpl] Unregistery leaked contribution vocab-hier-cache-without-references
17:34:41,620 WARN  [CacheServiceImpl] Unregistery leaked contribution vocab-mots_cles_convention-cache-without-references

      Steps to reproduce: install a Studio jar containing vocabularies and shutdown the server.
