Fix dialog sizes on small devices

      All dialogs:

      • preview
      • share
      • add to collection
      • cloud service - add new
      • etc
        on small devices are bigger than the screen and big part of the dialog is no accessible.

      Proposal
      On small devices, change dialog max width to 100% of the device width.
