Support SQL Server 2016

      Description

      Currently the only version supported is SQL Server 2008.

      According to MS site, only 2008 SP4 is still supported and will end in 2019:
      https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/search?alpha=Microsoft%20SQL%20Server%202008

      Some customers are willing to move to 2016 and it would be a logical step to support this version
