Fix Studio hotreload on Windows when updating messages.json files

      Description

      We had an issue trying to hotreload the Studio project (even without passing by changing the branch)

      • Go to Studio
      • Go to Visual Designer
      • Create a translations file
      • Go to the platform
      • Hot reload
      • Check nxserver/bundles (you'll see that there will be a bundlenamefile.jar.tmp still there not removed (In Windows and Macos machine)
      • If you are a Windows user another hotreload won't work until you remove manually the files from packages/backup, packages/store and then bundles.

      This ticket is similar NXP-21875 but the actual one is now happening each hotreload instead of randomly
