      Description

      1. Setup shibboleth environment
      2. Setup Nuxeo 6.0 server
      3. login with a user and then logout
      4. check the SP Apache logs and see: 
        sp.shibboleth.com:443 10.213.3.186 - - [03/May/2017:10:29:20 +0200] "GET /Shibboleth.sso/Logout?return= HTTP/1.1" 302 3578 "https://sp.shibboleth.com/nuxeo/view_documents.faces?conversationId=0NXMAIN1" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:24.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/24.0"

      This is the same issue as NXP-21228, fix just needs to be backported.
