Retention rules - definition and persistance model

There are 2 ways to contribute a retention rule:

• configuration: through an EP to the RetentionService
• a retention rule can be stored on a facet too

When attaching a rule to a document, the retention service should return all the rules ( XML + the rules stored dynamically on documents)
