Basic Service and Attach methods

As a developer, I can get a Nuxeo Service RentetionService, that exposes methods for:

• Add a method #attachRule(ruleId, document) and #attachRule(ruleId, query), that will automatically add the Record facet on document

For now, ruleId can be checked but will be ignored.
And attachRule method have to compute the min_cutoff_at and max_retention_at dates take into account all attached rules
