Template Rendering Samples shouldn't add old template document types

Installing the Template rendering addons adds the old template doc types (customer reference and intervention statement), when they shouldn’t be available anymore.
The consequence of these document types being available here is that we propose doc types with no creation layout on JSF UI, and on Web UI we’re missing labels and we show a 404 form.
