Fix Salesforce addon

We are having a pb with the Salesforce addon: The iframe in Salesforce is displayed, but it shows an” Internal Server Error”. Server-side configuration includes:

• {nuxeo.frame.options = }

  in nuxeo.conf

• the following xml contribution:

  <require>org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.web.common.requestcontroller.service.RequestControllerService.defaultContrib</require>
    <extension target="org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.web.common.requestcontroller.service.RequestControllerService"
