Move Blob-related classes to nuxeo-core-api

      Description

      Many Blob-related classes, including BlobManager, are in nuxeo-core. This is a problem for code wanting to use blobs but not depend on that.

      For instance a transient store using the blob manager to store its blobs does not need to depend on classes like Document.
