Review publishing factories

Currently several publishing mechanisms cannot work together. For instance if nuxeo-tree-snapshot and nuxeo-rendering are installed, only the last deployed one will work or be taken into account.

There should be a registry which contains all the publishing factory and then each factory is tried to published. If the conditions to use the factory are not fullfilled, we try the next one instead of using the fallback implemented in the factory.
