When updating the Nature field via the Spreadsheet editor, the nature values are incorrect.
Steps to repro
1. Navigate to workspace with documents
2. Click on
3. Add nature field to view
4. Click on spreadsheet editor button
5. Double click on nature value for one document
result: displayed values look like db values, not the label displayed in Nuxeo to the user
expected result: the dropdown should display the same labels displayed on the workspace view
