Fix date formatting thread-safety

      Description

      SimpleDateFormat is not thread-safe but in a few places we store it in a static field:

      • UpdateACEStatusWork
      • UserProfileEnricher (nuxeo-user-profile)
      • ScanFileFieldMapping (nuxeo-importer-scan)
      • CSVHolidaysChecker (nuxeo-business-days-management)
      • XMLSerializer (nuxeo-template-rendering-core) (NXP-22071)
      • WordXMLRawTemplateProcessor (nuxeo-template-rendering-sandbox) (NXP-22071)
