Quota - Document Count button not functioning

      Description

      When clicking on the document count button, no action is taken. Steps to reproduce

      1. Enable Quota add on
      2. Log in with Administrator account
      3. Click on admin link on top menu bar
      4. Click on Quota/Statistics link on left hand side
      5. Click on Compute Initial Statistics tab
      6. Click on Run button for Document Count

      Result: No action is taken
      Expected result: Some count of documents is completed and in progress message is displayed to user (see screenshot for quota updater in progress visual display)
