Not able to view spreadsheet editor button in JSF UI

Enabled spreadsheet add on but still unable to see spreadsheet editor button in workspaces. I am able to see and use the link in the Web UI. See attached for screenshots.

Repro steps.

1. Install spreadsheet add on
2. Log into Nuxeo with non admin user
3. Navigate to workspace with available documents
4. Spreadsheet button not available on screen
