Fix user workspace detection when the workspace name has been renamed to remove special characters

      Description

      UserWorkspaceManagerActionsBean#isShowingPersonalWorkspace is explicitely checking that the last path segment equals the user name which will be evaluated to false if the user name contains special characters.

      This bug may need NXP-21807 to handle the association between username and userworkspace.
