      Description

      1. login as Administrator (this works with other users as well)
      2. create a document
      3. head over to Administrator / Preferences / Actions / Edit Locale Settings
      4. choose svenska
      5. click Save
      6. go back to the document previously created
      7. observe the date format on the top right zone
