Saving search does not work in some cases

Non-working scenario:

1. click the Search tab
2. select Faceted Search
3. enter a filter
4. execute the search
5. click Save As
6. enter a name
7. click Save
8. enter a filter
9. execute the search
10. click Save As
11. enter a name
12. click Save
13. observe in the list the second search does not appear

Working scenario:

1. click the Search tab
2. select Faceted Search
3. enter a filter
4. execute the search
5. click Save As
6. enter a name
7. click Save
8. select Faceted Search
9. enter a filter
10. execute the search
11. click Save As
12. enter a name
13. click Save
14. observe in the list the second search appears

Note: after saving the search, clicking Faceted Search. Trying again with Quick Search seems to unlock the situation and Faceted Search is then displayed when clicked.
