Create expandable menu to create blank document in office tools from Nuxeo

In the workspace, next to the 'create document' and 'import files' buttons, create an expandable menu that would propose MSWord, Excel and Powerpoint.
When user selects one Office tool, via Live Edit, a new blank document is created in Office.
