Beautify Connect Report Tools Web and add to default distribution

Add a bit of CSS on the generation screen, and add to default distribution. Indeed, purpose of this module is to give a mean to people to get the information when they cannot connect to the instance. Since this is most of the production situations, if it is an optional addon, it will never be installed, thus defeating the primary goal.
