Make ecm:isLatestVersion an optional feature

Either we can have an efficient implementation either we should make this feature optional because the performance cost can be very high on document with lots of versions (repository updates and indexing).

Adding a property org.nuxeo.core.isLatestVersion.disabled=true in nuxeo.conf will skip MongoDB and Elasticsearch update on ecm:isLastestVersion and ecm:isLatestMajorVersion. Make sure you don't need these flag before activating this optimization.
