Add a way to check in document before update instead of after

For Drive purposes, we want to check in the document before the update.

Currently the new system check in documents matching a versioning policy after the update, the created version is the document with updated properties in the same way than asking manually a version.

In the same policy resolution, we want to version the document before updating it.
