Display buttons as disabled to help user understand the goal

When you add things in the clipboard but you don't browse to somewhere else, the buttons are not displayed until you find a suitable location:

• user doesn't know he needs to browse
• user doesn't understand the available actions

The icons should be visible, but disabled, with a sentence saying:
Browse to a container to paste or move clipboard content
