Update Create Document test to test import with metadata filled in

Update Create Document with more metadata filled in. Add the Nature, Subject and Expires to the existing metadata.
I don't know if we prefer to edit current tests to add these, or add scenarios to current test or create new tests. Maybe check with Tiago Cardoso.
