Add listener to update Tag directory

Contribute a new listener to document creation/update/delete that checks if tags were changed in a document.
Use cases:

• Add inexistent new tags to Tag directory.
• Update tag count on add/remove tags from document on Tag directory
• Remove tags from directory with count zero
