bulk import form calendar widget not editable when multiple date fields

1. install Nuxeo server 8.10
2. customize bulk import form following this documentation
3. the key is to have at least 2 date properties (use the attached project for faster reproduction)
4. click the import button
5. fill in the Where field
6. fill in the Files field by dragging and dropping any file
7. try to fill in the date fields
8. only the first one is editable

Once this is fixed please double-check NXP-21585 is not happening since we cannot verify this until the current ticket resolution.
