Fix LDAP directory password encryption feature

When configuring Nuxeo LDAP directory to automatically encrypt password using <passwordHashAlgorithm> AND there is a mapping for the password field like <fieldMapping name="password">userPassword</fieldMapping>, the password encryption is not applied.
