Allow patching before packaging

For various customers we need to be able to add additional patches to a Nuxeo release before doing the packaging.

During build, if a marker file .nuxeo-patch is present in a module, the executable nuxeo-patches/patch-sources will be run before compile and nuxeo-patches/unpatch-sources run after compile.
