Fix unnecessary invalidations in the tabs management which reset the current sub tabs

Template rendering add-on is needed to reproduce
Steps:

1. as an Administrator, create a user jdoe which does not belong to any group
2. Set Write permissions to jdoe on Default Domain > Templates
3. Get the permalink of the Templates folder
4. Log out
5. Paste the permalink in the browser
6. Log in as jdoe
7. Click the New button and select Template
8. Fill the title field and choose a doc/docx file as Content
9. Click on Create
10. Log out
11. Log in as jdoe
12. jdoe's dashboard is displayed
13. Select the newly created template in My Documents box
14. Select the Template configuration tab
15. Unfold Parameters (variables) menu
16. Enter a parameter name and click on the button Add a parameter

Observed behavior: The page is refreshed and the page is not added to the template configuration. The Parameters (variables) menu is folded

Expected behavior: the Parameters (variables) menu is unfolded and the new parameter has been added to the template configuration
