Fix wizard summary page character encoding for data storage directory

1. start a fresh server downloaded on nuxeo.com (8.10 currenlty)
2. set up the server but use a data storage directory with accentued characters (like "é", "à", "ï", ... )
3. the summary page displays the data storage directory using strange characters (encoding issue, see screen capture attached)

Note: I am using firefox and the encoding used to display pages is unicode.
