Release Nuxeo Agenda for 8.10

Remove dependencies on JSF and release Nuxeo Agenda for 8.10.

Includes:

• splitting the module between the "Seam/JSF-dependent part" and the "core part"
• update the package, deploying the JSF part depending on the nuxeo-jsf-ui package presence
• release the addon and the package for 8.10
• add the modules back to addons (see changes on NXP-20899)
• add the package back to marketplace.ini (see changes on NXP-20899) for both 8.10 and master branches
