drag'n'drop in navigation tree does not work after switching tab

1. create 2 workspaces (WorkspaceA and WorkspaceB)
2. create 1 note in WorkspaceA
3. using drag'n'drop move the note from WorkspaceA to WorkspaceB through the navigation tree
4. click the nav tree tab Browse by tags
5. click the nav tree tab Main navigation plan
6. try using the drag'n'drop to move back the note to WorkspaceB. It does not work any longer.

This can be reproduced with 7.10, 8.10 and nightly.
