Switching back to English locale is not effective immediately

      Description

      1. head over to Home / Preferences / Locale Settings
      2. set locale other that English -> French for instance
      3. when saving the settings, the UI is converted to French instantly
      4. try another language (Spanish?)
      5. the UI is converted immediately
      6. setting it back to English -> nothing is changed
      7. try to login/logout -> the changes are now applied and the UI is in English

      Please note that this does not happen with English / United Kingdom and English / United States locales but only the English one.

      Also, this happens with 7.10 HF18 and HF19 so this is not likely a regression introduced by NXP-19660 and NXP-19661.
