Move back org.nuxeo.ecm.admin.runtime classes in admin-center-core module

Some classes has been moved to the `-jsf` module without beeing tied to JSF.

`org.nuxeo.ecm.admin.runtime.RuntimeInstrospection` is required by the Dev Extension for listing available modules in the distribution and is no more accessible without JSF and must be moved back to the core.
