      Description

      Because of the problem in NXP-20189, Nuxeo will not start on Windows if the JRE/JDK version is greater than 1.8.0_99

      This is because nuxeoctl.bat was never updated with the parameter -Djvmcheck=nofail. To be clear, nuxeoctl.sh was updated (and manually patched) but nuxeoctl.bat was not.

      Minimally the zip file should be updated if not the full installer (even if LTS 2016 is coming soon).
