Revoke signature certificate when user is deleted

      Description

      While working on signature module webdriver tests (NXP-20888), it appears that the certificate defined by a user is not deleted when the user is removed: when the user is created again, the old certificate becomes usable again.
      User should need to redefine the certificate when account is created again.
