Ignore unit tests on Windows

The unit tests of the nuxeo-platform-3d addon are currently failing in Windows due to Docker being executed inside another VM (only the ones that use conversions).
If there is a way to determine if the tests are being executed in Windows and in a VM, ignore them if both conditions are true. Otherwise, simply ignore the tests if running on Windows.
