WEB UI > Message to suggest a location instead of a warning

      Description

      When creating a content from the dashboard you get a warning saying:
      "Unable to create content ..." see screenshot.

      User shouldn't feel unable to create content :/

      The message should be "Select a location to create your content" and not in orange
      This ticket should be done after NXP-21207
