DAM - Pictures can't be opened if external softwares are not installed

Configuration : DAM installed with no external software configuration (so just an addon installation)

When a user clicks on a picture document, it throws an error and the summary tab can't be opened. Even if no software configuration is done, the user should be able to open the document with a message indicating that the picture previews and multi-format generation is not working
