Installing DAM after Web UI should add the Asset search form

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Web UI on a server.
2. Start the server.
3. Stop the server.
4. Install DAM.
5. Start the server.
   -> The DAM doc types are available (pic, video, audio) but the Asset search form is not available in the left tabs column.
