Fix document creation wizard locked after clicking on a creation shortcut

If you click on a shortcut to create a doctype, the creation wizard opens in the wrong position, with the cancel button outside the user's reach. The user is forced to either reload the page or resize the window. After resizing, the positioning problem no longer occurs.
