Improve feedback when creating assets with Read permissions

Click on the create action, choose any type of document.
User is able to fill all properties but nothing happens when clickong on Create.

To be improved:
user should be informed that he has not write permissions to create the document.
This issue is linked to NXP-21141 and might be done at the same time.
