      Description

      • Install user registration addon
      • Invite a user to a workspace
      • As an admin, approve request
      • As the invited user, finalize your account creation
      • As an admin, select the request and click on validate

      => an error appears saying "Unable to validate selected requests."
      => Logs show the following warning:

      15:02:22,292 WARN  [UserRegistrationActions] Unable to validate registration: Registration request has already been processed
