Fix hotreload crash with mongodb

      Description

      Test done on:

      • 8.10-SNAPSHOT
      • MongoDB as database
      • redis started

      When doing the hot reload, we have each time the error message "A metric named nuxeo.repositories.default.cache.load.success.count already exists".
      need to stop and restart the server.
