Fix Audit.LogEvent log entry creation

In org.nuxeo.ecm.automation.core.operations.services.AuditLog operation the creation of the log entry is missing crucial informations like the extendedinfos.

We should provide a service for writing a logentry and use for instance
org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.audit.service.AbstractAuditBackend#doCreateAndFillEntryFromDocument

OR

Using directly the org.nuxeo.ecm.automation.core.events.operations.FireEvent operation to throw properly this event catched by the AuditListener -> should be documented.
