Fix invitation email

The invitation email sent to a user for which the admin / power user hasn't set the password currently says:

Hello John Doe,

You have been granted permission to access Nuxeo Platform.

Username and password are required for connection :

• username already defined is jdoe

• password has to be defined by validating your invitation through this link.

Once your invitation is validated, you'll be able to log in to the application and access .

The Nuxeo Platform Administrators team.

• It's apparently missing some text or a link at the end of the sentence "Once your invitation is validated, you'll be able to log in to the application and access ."
• Remove the space before the :
• "You have been granted permission to access Nuxeo Platform." -> "You have been granted permission to access the Nuxeo Platform."?
• Remove empty lines
