Fix detection of contributions to missing target extension points at runtime startup

      Description

      The nuxeo-routing-default module is currently in the server distribution even if it holds dependencies to JSF (typically, layouts declarations).

      At startup, the server distribution should show errors about missing components: it currently does not.
