Release Travel Expenses addon for 8.10

      Description

      After NXS-3601 is done, update nuxeo-travel-expenses to remove dependencies on JSF. Then release it for 8.10.

      Includes:

      • splitting the module between the "Seam/JSF-dependent part" and the "core part"
      • update the package, deploying the JSF part depending on the nuxeo-jsf-ui package presence
      • release the addon and the package for 8.10
      • add the modules back to addons (see changes on NXP-20909)
      • add the package back to marketplace.ini (see changes on NXP-20909) for both 8.10 and master branches
