Ease Git and Shell actions on multiple repositories at once

Current implementation of gitf and gitfa is too much limited in terms of performance and has a few pitfalls leading to T&P jobs failures.
Also, there was a slight regression introduced by NXP-20581 depending on where the command is issued from.
Finally, we're missing the ability to execute multiple Shell commands (not only one Git command) on every repository.
