Split nuxeo-admin-center in core and jsf modules

      Description

      Create a nuxeo-admin-center-core bundle with:

      • Studio Hotreload stuff
      • EVENTS_VIEW page provider
      • the extracted page provider from PERMISSIONS_SEARCH content view

      Also, update nuxeo-elasticsearch-web/OSGI-INF/admin-pageprovider-contrib.xml require too (EVENTS_VIEW page provider override)
      And nuxeo-admin-center-core must be present in the server distribution
